Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) with Security Clearance

Full Stack Developer You will act as a full stack developer for the Section 7 team, improving mission processes and enabling activities through custom applications and data visualization. The candidate will work closely with the mission customer to deliver support on various tasks. Responsibilities: • Develop scripts and analytics to provide novel insights into unique questions. • Find and aggregate data from disparate sources and integrate into new and existing tools. • Develop new UIs and visualizations for customers to better understand their data. • Elicit requirements and feedback directly from end-users and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with other teams to share expertise and elevate all teams. Required Skills: • Experience developing in Python specifically for data transformations. • Experience writing frontend web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript React. • Experience querying and developing in a big data environment. • Experience managing Linux servers. • Comfort working directly with customers to solve unique problems. • Motivation to architect and implement solutions from beginning to end. Nice to Have: • Experience using AWS. • Familiarity with other programming languages or frameworks (Java, FastApi, Angular, Spring Boot). • Mentorship skills for teaching others. • Knowledge of AI/ML and Big Data tools (DuckDB, Polars, Pandas, Spark). Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 16 years without degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
