About the Role: The Principal Software Engineer role is a hands-on technical leadership position responsible for designing and implementing advanced learning and skilling solutions. The position involves driving technical excellence, collaborating across teams, and contributing to strategic objectives focused on growth and accessibility of learning content . Responsibilitie s: Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure, tools, and services supporting continuous integration and deployment for skilling platfor ms.Develop software features from requirements through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutio ns.Integrate AI capabilities to enhance user experience and productivi ty.Support and maintain existing services and integrations across the enterpri se.Enforce high standards in coding, testing, and documentati on.Improve test framework reliability through automation and AI/LLM mode ls.Automate manual testing process es.Lead and mentor junior engineers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutio ns.Optimize code performance and maintainability using metrics-driven approach es.Coordinate dependencies and communication across teams to ensure security, reliability, and performan ce.Contribute to internal technical communities through mentorship and documentati on.Embody the organization''s culture and valu es. Qualificati ons: Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or related technical f ield.6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in relevant langu ages.
