About Home Integrity Solutions Home Integrity Solutions is a rapidly growing ADT Authorized Dealer providing best‑in‑class home security and smart home solutions. We are building a scalable, high‑performance sales organization grounded in strong leadership, operational discipline, and sustainable regional growth. As we expand into new and existing markets, we are seeking a proven executive sales leader to architect, lead, and optimize our regional sales engine. Position Overview The Vice President of Sales is a senior executive responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling sales operations, and building high‑performing regional leadership teams. This role oversees all field sales activity and partners closely with the CEO/President to scale the business while maintaining strong alignment with ADT standards and brand integrity. The VP of Sales sets strategic direction, establishes performance discipline, and drives a culture of accountability, leadership development, and results across all regions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi‑region sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives • Own revenue forecasting, quota setting, and performance targets across all markets • Lead market expansion initiatives, including territory evaluation and market launches • Optimize customer acquisition cost, close rates, install rates, and customer lifetime value Regional & Market Leadership • Recruit, develop, and lead Market Managers and senior field leadership • Design scalable leadership structures to support continued regional and future national expansion • Hold regional leaders accountable for revenue, KPIs, culture, and talent development • Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments, and strategic planning sessions Sales Operations & Process Excellence • Design and implement standardized sales processes and best practices • Oversee CRM adoption, pipeline discipline, lead flow management, and reporting accuracy • Partner cross‑functionally with Installation, Operations, and Customer Service teams • Continuously improve systems and workflows to support efficiency and scale Performance Management & Analytics • Define and analyze key metrics including revenue per rep, close rates, installs, attrition, and cancellations • Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting structures for leadership visibility • Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance organization‑wide Leadership Development & Culture • Build a performance‑driven, accountable sales culture focused on results and integrity • Develop leadership training programs and succession pipelines • Coach, mentor, and retain top sales leaders and performers • Drive engagement, motivation, and long‑term retention Compliance & ADT Alignment • Ensure all sales practices meet ADT dealer standards and regulatory requirements • Monitor quality control, chargebacks, cancellations, and customer satisfaction • Protect brand integrity while driving growth Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience in home security or home services (ADT/alarm industry strongly preferred) • Proven success leading multi‑region sales organizations with direct revenue or P&L responsibility • Experience building leadership teams and scaling sales operations • Strong expertise in forecasting, KPIs, CRM systems, and sales analytics • Demonstrated ability to enter new markets and scale revenue sustainably • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Equity / profit-sharing opportunities (based on performance and tenure) • Leadership role with significant growth and expansion upside • Opportunity to build and scale a regional sales organization Direct Reports • Market Managers Working Conditions & Physical Requirements • Primarily office‑based role with regular interaction across regional field offices • Frequent regional travel, including overnight travel (approximately 30–40%) • Standard business hours with additional hours as required to meet business needs and executive responsibilities • Ability
