Software Engineer

Company Description: Scint AI, a product of LAMA AI Ventures, is an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform that streamlines and optimizes RFQ processes for enterprise procurement, supply chain, and sales teams. By centralizing materials, RFQs, communications, and supplier quotes into a structured workflow, Scint leverages advanced AI to extract, standardize, and analyze key commercial data, enabling precise comparisons, actionable pricing insights, and accurate cost and selling price calculations. Supporting high-volume, complex RFQs across local and cloud-based environments, Scint empowers procurement teams with faster sourcing, better visibility, and stronger negotiation capabilities, while helping sales teams generate accurate product quotations with proper cost accounting and profit margins. Required: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong Python skills (async/await, FastAPI) Strong JavaScript/React skills (hooks, context, custom hooks) Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL) Understanding of authentication & authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT) Version control experience (Git) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication for remote collaboration Preferred: SaaS and multi-tenant architecture experience Payment processing & subscription management experience (Stripe) Familiarity with Clerk or similar auth platforms Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Railway, etc.) Real-time data streaming (SSE, WebSockets) AI/ML integration in web applications (document parsing, model inference) US citizens preferred due to legal and client requirements Why Join Us?
