AI Engineer SSR / SR

1 day ago 4 Years of experience Description We’re looking for an SSR/SR AI Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup focused on automating back-office operations for companies. The platform builds AI agents capable of reading invoices and documents, validating information, interacting with management systems, and generating insights, dashboards, and alerts from operational data flows — dramatically reducing manual workload for clients. Tech Stack Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Next.js, TypeScript, GCP, LLMs. What You´ll Do • Design and implement end-to-end features, from specification to deployment. • Define success metrics and measure real business impact. • Collaborate directly with customers to validate, prototype, and iterate. • Maintain quality and reliability through testing, observability, and rollback strategies. • Leverage AI tools aggressively and share learnings with the team. Requirements What we´re looking for • 3–5 years of experience shipping production software. • Strong end-to-end ownership mindset. • AI-native profile: you actively use AI tools in your daily workflow. • Experience using Claude Code or similar AI agents as part of real development workflows. • Solid experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, error handling, and retries. • Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge. • Cloud experience (preferably GCP). Nice to Have • Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or tool-use architectures. • Background in ERP, accounting systems, or fintech. • Startup experience or small autonomous teams.
