The Senior Associate, OOH is responsible for day-to-day activation and tracking of out-of-home media plans for various client verticals. As the day-to-day steward activating OOH, the Senior Associate will develop and maintain a deep knowledge of their clients’ business over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day OOH activation responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Campaign tracking and deadline management
• Creative trafficking
• Media partner communication
• Quality assurance and audit management
• Post-campaign data recapping
• Offshore support oversight
• Maintain strong working relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
• Respond to client internal and client requests
• Oversee market inspections and on-site reviews of OOH programs with vendors and clients, as appropriate
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Stay current on OOH trends, innovations, research methodologies, and media landscape shifts
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of non-traditional OOH media companies and offerings
• Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings and presentations
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with OOH sales representatives and media owners
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 1+ years of media planning/buying experience, with a preference for out-of-home expertise
• Demonstrated success in activating media campaigns and client deliverables in a professional setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients
• Solid understanding of media planning fundamentals and industry best practices
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with current media trends, tools, and innovations in the OOH space
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$45,000—$65,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
