Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Operational Excellence. The role involves leading and implementing business process improvements, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and instituting strategies to achieve operational excellence. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to drive company-wide improvements is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement methodologies
Strong foundation in Operational Excellence principles and practices
Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to assess and optimize workflows
Experience in Strategic Planning to align operations with organizational goals
Proven leadership, project management, and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Experience in a non-profit, foundation, or mission-driven organization is a plus
