To drive measurable acquisition outcomes and enhance brand narrative, the full-time remote Performance Marketing Lead will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, oversee paid media and email marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent ALU identity while achieving organizational objectives. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of brand awareness and integrated marketing campaigns across various channels Manage the end-to-end email marketing function, including lifecycle campaigns and performance monitoring Oversee paid media channels, focusing on audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4 to 6 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing, with a focus on performance and brand campaigns Experience managing email marketing programs and familiarity with marketing automation platforms Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta Ability to analyze campaign performance using reporting tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
