Description
About The Role
Cargas is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive inbound pipeline creation and lead acceleration for our Enterprise Solutions team. You will engage with leads generated through Business Development and inbound channels, conduct structured qualification conversations, and convert high-quality opportunities into scheduled discovery meetings for our sales consultants. You’ll apply strong discovery skills and business acumen to align prospects with the right solutions across our Enterprise portfolio, including Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Acumatica.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound leads with urgency and professionalism, meeting all SLA expectations
• Conduct qualification conversations with inbound and outbound-generated leads to assess fit, BANT, and product alignment
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled discovery meetings aligned to the appropriate product and sales consultant
• Partner with Business Development to ensure smooth lead handoffs, including context, expectations, and next steps
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, lead status, and qualification details in HubSpot
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Business Development on campaigns, lead quality, and qualification criteria
• Evaluate and adopt tools that improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including discovery meetings booked by product, SLA adherence, and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business software sales and/or business development
• Strong discovery and qualification to match prospects to the right solution
• Proven success converting leads into qualified meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in live conversations
• Ability to clearly explain complex solutions
• Highly organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and disciplined with metrics
• Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft O
Additional Experience We Value
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Business Central, Acumatica, HubSpot, or similar
