Responsibilities • Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments to meet individual client needs. • Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care to enhance clients’ appearance. • Conduct esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively using advanced equipment. • Educate clients on skincare routines, product selections, and maintenance to promote long-term results. • Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and beauty tools aligned with client preferences. • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures. • Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. • Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications to continually elevate service quality. Qualifications • Valid license or certification in Cosmetology or Esthetics from an accredited program. • Proven experience performing skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin procedures. • Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and barbering is highly desirable. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. • Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management. • Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all treatments performed. • Retail sales experience with a focus on recommending products that meet client needs. • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed for client convenience.
