Vivid Imagination Inc. is a fast-growing NYC-based education technology company dedicated to empowering students in under-resourced communities through cutting-edge STEM, AR/VR, eSports, and digital literacy programming. Founded by entrepreneur Branden Baskin, Vivid partners directly with NYC Department of Education schools to deliver transformative after-school enrichment and workforce-readiness programming across all five boroughs. OUR MISSION We empower young people to build their own stories through digital technology education. Our programs develop confidence, nurture talents, and provide equitable exposure to career-building opportunities in video production, 3D design, coding, virtual reality, and emerging technologies. Through mentorship and hands-on learning, students discover pathways to careers in the digital economy while using their skills for social good. THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a Program Operations Director to lead operations across our portfolio of NYC DOE school partnerships. This is a pivotal role for someone ready to scale educational impact while building the operational foundation for national expansion. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Lead program fulfillment and contract management across school partnerships • Manage and develop a distributed team of 40+ facilitators and coaches • Build and maintain relationships with school principals and administrators across NYC • Partner directly with our founder as operational second-in-command • Design scalable systems and processes to support national expansion • Ensure consistent program quality and student outcomes across all sites WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • 5-8+ years managing school partnerships, community programs, or educational operations • Experience working with NYC DOE schools strongly preferred • Proven track record managing distributed teams and multiple stakeholder relationships • Systems-thinking approach with ability to build operational infrastructure • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environment • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER: • Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + performance bonus • Impact: Direct influence on programming that serves thousands of NYC students • Growth: Opportunity to help build and scale a mission-driven organization nationally • Leadership: Significant autonomy and partnership with founder leadership • Mission: Meaningful work closing opportunity gaps in underserved communities LOCATION: New York City (travel across five boroughs required) Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Willingness to travel: • 50% (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10012
