MEM - Manufacturing Engineering Manager

📍 West Chester, PA | Onsite | Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead CNC machining operations, process improvements, and production teams in a precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor machinists and shop floor teams • Develop and optimize CNC programs, tooling, and machining processes • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings • Oversee production setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements • Support quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage shop schedules, productivity, and operational efficiency • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet delivery goals Required Experience: • Strong CNC machining and manufacturing engineering background • Experience with CAD/CAM programming • Knowledge of GD&T, tooling, setups, and precision machining • Leadership experience managing machinists or production teams • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience in high-precision manufacturing environments preferred Additional Details: • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Ability to work extended hours when needed
