We’re a software development company building our own suite of SaaS products. These apps will take you from an idea to a living, breathing piece of software, ready to reach customers. It’s similar to how Ford revolutionized the car industry with the introduction of assembly lines, but applied to software.
We’re now looking to hire a project-based growth hacker that will take our app suite from a series of apps we use among ourselves to a product suite major companies know about & actively use.
You’d be helping us plan & organize the app suite release so that it gets the traction it deserves, and it gets established as an essential tool for software development. We have in-house designers and copywriters that can take care of the content you strategize.
Our new growth hacker will need to do the following:
- Come up with copy, visual & strategy ideas which our existing team of copywriters and designers will implement
- Review text & visual content created by our existing team to ensure your ideas are implemented correctly
- Plan and implement the product launch (overall and on Product Hunt)
- Creating and implementing growth strategies for our app suite, so they keep getting traction
SEO optimizations (on-page, off-page, content strategy)
- Setting up, starting and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, etc.
- Growing the app suite’s presence and engagement on social media
- Test growth strategies and ideas to find what works best (A/B testing, hooks, messaging)
- Conduct campaign performance analysis and optimize them based on the results
Find channels with the best ROI and use them to our advantage
Your determination is a great starting point. But if helps if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing / growth, 3 years of experience in growth hacking / SaaS product scaling
- You’ve released products on Product Hunt (or taken part in such releases)
- You’ve got hands-on SEO experience, in paid ads and social media management
You should apply if:
- You’ve got real experience in growth hacking and launch & promoting products (not just knowledge)
- You can show us real campaigns and measurable results
- You understand how SaaS and user acquisition work
- You’re comfortable with working autonomously, without micro-management or direct supervision
- You like to experiment and grow from what you find out
When you apply, please provide:
- A portfolio of real campaigns you’ve organized
SaaS products you’ve worked on / for
- Releases (on Product Hunt or others) that you’ve been a part of
- What results you’ve achieved (traffic, conversions, earnings, etc.)
- References/testimonials from people you’ve worked with or for
