You'll source new high-value traders from competitor venues, re-engage dormant accounts, and bring structured market and client insights back to Product, Risk, and Marketing to shape Coinbase Advanced trading offerings.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and grow relationships with top VIP derivatives traders on Coinbase, driving increased trading volume, deepening engagement, and expanding adoption of advanced trading products.</li> <li>Source and convert new high-value derivatives traders from competitor venues through targeted outbound campaigns, market positioning, and relationship-building.</li> <li>Monitor derivatives market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings to identify upsell opportunities, inform pricing and product feedback, and deliver structured insights to Product, Risk, and Marketing.</li> <li>Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast for your book, reporting on key KPIs (volume, active traders, winbacks, competitor migration) and documenting client interactions through CRM tooling.</li> <li>Reactivate previously dormant top traders using data-driven tools and bespoke incentives to restore sustained volume.</li> <li>Build and refine AI-powered workflows for pipeline prioritization, client segmentation, and outreach personalization to scale coverage across your book.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services, trading, or crypto, with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and volume targets.</li> <li>Demonstrated fluency in derivatives products (futures, options, perps) in traditional finance or crypto markets, evidenced by prior trading desk, brokerage, or exchange experience.</li> <li>Data-driven operating style with experience using dashboards, CRMs, and basic analytics to segment books, identify opportunities, and prioritize outreach.</li> <li>Background in business, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience working directly with trading clients.</li> <li>Pre-existing network of active institutional derivatives traders you can bring to the platform on day one is preferred.</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li> </ul> <p>P77732</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong>The target annual <strong>base</strong> salary for this position can range as detailed below.
