</strong>Manage the full sales cycle — qualify leads, engage prospects via phone and email, deliver consultations, and convert them into loyal customers.</li> <li data-start="1155" data-end="1314"><strong data-start="1155" data-end="1182">Be the trusted advisor: </strong>Understand the needs of small businesses and guide them toward the right SumUp solutions (card readers, POS, data-start="1889" data-end="1923">We’re looking for someone who:</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-start="1927" data-end="2026">Has proven experience in sales — ideally in POS, SaaS, hospitality, retail, or similar industries</li> <li data-start="2029" data-end="2104">Is fluent in <strong data-start="2042" data-end="2058">German (C1+)</strong> and strong in English for internal teamwork</li> <li data-start="2107" data-end="2182">Enjoys consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships</li> <li data-start="2185" data-end="2274">Thrives in performance-driven environments and is
