Job Summary This job focuses on directing junior product managers and owning the strategic planning for product content, pricing, packaging, and features. It entails defining business and functional requirements and leading budget and variance analyses. The role is crucial for communicating product vision and ensuring ecosystem coherence. Responsibilities Job Description Establishing and planning features and business value for a complex product ecosystem, balancing diverse stakeholder needs Directing junior product managers and overseeing the integration of component systems to achieve strategic product family goals Ensuring the Voice of the Customer is central throughout the product lifecycle, influencing product strategy and development Leading cross-functional coordination to secure buy-in for a cohesive end-to-end customer experience across product lines Guiding competitor analysis and market research, updating strategic insights to maintain strategic positioning Spearheading strategic planning for product enhancements, including content, pricing, packaging, and feature updates Defining comprehensive product business and functional requirements to align with organizational strategy and technical capabilities Leading financial analysis, including budgeting and variance analysis, to identify product opportunities and manage risks Developing and articulating a clear point-of-view on product features and benefits, defending against market trends and risks Championing product vision across the organization, conducting feasibility assessments, and validating final product deliverables against strategic objectives Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Skills Customer Experience (CX); Customer Feedback; Product Management Salary Primary Location Pay Range: $205,715.40 - $308,573.10 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
