About Luxury Bazaar Luxury Bazaar is a premier destination for the world's most coveted watches and fine jewelry. We connect discerning collectors and first-time buyers with rare, authenticated pieces from the most respected brands in the world. As we expand our digital footprint and creative storytelling, we're looking for a Creative Director who can turn that brand promise into scroll-stopping content and qualified buyers. The Role The Creative Director will own the creative vision, content strategy, and channel execution that drives Luxury Bazaar's brand and revenue growth across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and emerging social platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of producers, editors, photographers, designers, and channel managers to build content that captures luxury market trends and converts attention into high-intent buyers in the watch, jewelry, and luxury goods space. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who lives at the intersection of taste, trend, and performance — equally comfortable directing a hero campaign shoot and reviewing CAC, AOV, and ROAS in a Monday morning standup. What You'll Do • Define and own the creative vision and content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other social channels • Build a content engine that grows audience, deepens engagement, and converts viewers into qualified luxury buyers • Lead and mentor a creative team across video production, editing, photography, design, copy, and channel management • Develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns tied to product launches, drops, market moments, and seasonal calendars • Stay deeply tuned to luxury market trends — watches, jewelry, fashion, collectibles — and translate them into timely, on-brand content • Partner with merchandising, e-commerce, and performance marketing to ensure creative drives measurable revenue, not just views • Manage end-to-end project execution: briefs, timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and quality control • Build and report on creative KPIs including audience growth, engagement, watch time, qualified leads, conversion rate, and revenue attribution • Champion and protect the Luxury Bazaar brand voice, visual identity, and standard of taste across every touchpoint • Identify and test new platforms, formats, and creator partnerships before competitors do What We're Looking For • 8–10 years of progressive creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Creative Director or equivalent role • Demonstrable track record of growing brand presence and audience on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta — bring the numbers • Proven experience converting social traffic into qualified buyers in the luxury, watch, jewelry, fashion, or premium e-commerce space • Deep fluency in luxury market trends, collector culture, and the codes of high-end branding • Strong project management chops — you can run multiple productions, campaigns, and stakeholders without dropping a frame • Hands-on creative execution skills: you can write a brief, give precise feedback to an editor, sit in a shoot, and ship work • Comfort working with performance data — CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, attribution — and using it to sharpen the creative • Strong portfolio of brand and content work that shows both taste and commercial impact • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have • Existing relationships with luxury creators, watch and jewelry talent, and production partners • Experience with influencer and ambassador programs in the luxury category • Background in live shopping, long-form YouTube, or short-form drop content • Familiarity with tools across the creative and analytics stack (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Any new Ai designers, etc.) Why Luxury Bazaar • Guide the creative engine of a category-leading luxury brand • Access to one of the most extraordinary inventories of watches and luxury goods in the world Submit your resume and a portfolio or reel that highlights brand and content work you've led — and the audience, engagement, and revenue results that came with it.
