We’re always improving on the tools and technology that empower content developers worldwide.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a User Interface Programmer who is passionate about games and well-versed in C++, UI development, and mobile development. In this role you will work closely with artists, designers, and other programmers on cutting-edge features that support player experiences across Fortnite.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work closely with art and design to ensure that UI meets aesthetic and functional requirements</li> <li>Attend to every detail, especially with regard to compliance, layout, and design</li> <li>Optimize and fixing bugs in existing UI systems</li> <li>Contribute ideas toward all aspects of the game’s production and development</li> <li>Write robust, maintainable and performant code</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Firm grasp of C++ / tech fundamentals&nbsp;</li> <li>Unreal Engine development experience</li> <li>Profiling and optimization skills for mobile</li> <li>General experience with web services&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Passion for games and great user experiences&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>A keen analytical mind with mature problem-solving skills</li> <li>Enjoy working with a cross-discipline, geographically distributed team</li> </ul> <h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2> <p>We pay 100% for benefits for both employees (EEs) and dependents (deps).
