We partner closely with Regional and Demand marketing, Growth, Martech, and creative teams to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns across channels. While we operate globally, this role is focused on supporting the EMEA region.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Services Program Manager to serve as the process owner for marketing campaign execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in campaign management, with deep expertise in email marketing platforms like Marketo. This individual will work closely with diverse teams to enhance our marketing efforts, driving operational efficiency and process improvement.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, EMEA and Demand Marketing teams.</li> <li>Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth and timely execution.</li> <li>Consult on best practices in Marketo, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design.</li> <li>Design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, then standardize and scale them for broader use.</li> <li>Partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery.</li> <li>Lead programs to address recurring execution challenges—defining objectives, success metrics, and building repeatable processes.</li> <li>Identify operational risks early, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions.</li> <li>Drive ongoing improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution strategy.</li> <li>Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a marketing automation or campaign management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes.</li> <li>Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset to track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>​​Proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the technology or financial services sectors, ideally within a high-growth company.</li> <li>Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and landing page optimization.</li> <li>Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution.</li> <li>Strong adaptive skills with a proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.</li> <li>Experience managing or collaborating with an offshore production team to streamline operations</li> </ul>
