Studio Natura is a premium health deli chain from Berlin - offering smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, coffee and natural foods (sandwiches & bowls). We are on a misson to make healthy foods more accesible and convient.

We're looking for an Assistant Area Manager to help lead our stores in Berlin — someone who's equal parts coach and operator. Working alongside your Area Manager, you'll set the standard for performance, culture, and brand excellence across multiple locations, developing team members into future leaders while keeping day-to-day operations sharp. From coaching behind the counter during a rush to tracking KPIs and driving commercial growth, you'll turn strategy into daily execution and make Studio Natura the neighborhood's go-to spot.

Tasks

WHO YOU ARE

You are both a coach and an operator. You build and develop a high-performing team, drive strong commercial performance, and create a culture where your people thrive. You bring clarity and energy to your team by turning strategy into consistent daily execution.

You do this through:

  • Assisting in running multiple stores, setting the standard for performance, engagement, and brand excellence.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing teams, ensuring every store runs with energy and accountability.
  • Driving customer engagement and brand loyalty, making Studio natura is a go-to spot in every neighborhood.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO
**

You will own the day-to-day success of our stores in your city. You will lead the teams with your area manager, organize shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and keep operations running smoothly. You will jump behind the counter, support the team during rushes, and drive strong sales and an incredible customer experience—all while boosting business growth and profitability.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide team members to achieve company goals while upholding our cultural standards. Support and cultivate a cohesive team, inspiring them to grow into future Managers.
  • Operational Excellence & Store Performance: Maintain elite operating standards. Monitor key store metrics, plan shifts effectively, keep your teams aligned, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health, Safety & Quality: Maintain strict health and safety standards. Ensure products are handled correctly to preserve the freshness and quality.
  • Performance Tracking: Accurately track and report daily KPIs, inventory counts, and commissary supply transfers for your location.
  • **Waste Reduction:**Sustain systems to minimize product waste by monitoring and adjusting inventory par levels in line with business fluctuations.
  • Training Adherence: Master and apply product, service, and brand training playbooks to maintain absolute consistency.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or F&B, with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Skillset: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets.
  • Language: Fluent in English and German.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for new opportunities.
