Social Media Account Manager

Cella Gold Media, is a boutique social media agency working with real estate agents, lifestyle brands, and service-based businesses. Our clients care deeply about how their brand looks and shows up online, and so do we. We're looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can own client delivery across multiple accounts with minimal oversight. This role is part content creation, part strategy, part client management. You'll be the one keeping things organized, on-brand, and moving forward. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage day-to-day execution for assigned client accounts Schedule and manage approvals using Later Write and edit captions that match each client’s voice Create and source content that is clean, elevated, and on-brand Execute content plans based on performance and direction Communicate with clients to gather feedback and keep projects moving Keep everything organized inside ClickUp and internal systems Flag issues early and solve problems before they impact deadlines Support with light video editing for short-form content YOU'RE A FIT IF: You have experience managing social media accounts(agency experience is a plus) Your design eye is strong. You can look at a brand kit and build content that feels cohesive and elevated, not copy-pasted You are organized and comfortable working inside systems and processes You can manage multiple deadlines without things slipping You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do You communicate clearly and professionally with clients COMPENSATION Starting at $1,900/month flat, with potential for a performance bonus 90 days in. This is a contractor position, ~20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as the agency grows.
