We are looking for a data-savvy and strategic Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of internal automation and tooling focused on the quality and efficiency of our digital supply chain. In this cross-functional role you will help define and execute the strategy for the products and services that internal teams to onboard and operate live content for streaming to customers globally. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, other product managers, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our platform capabilities. The duties will include formulating a business vision for your product domain, gathering business and functional requirements from internal customers and end-users, and translating those requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, and supportable solutions that work well with a range of complex systems. The PMT serves as the technical and business lead throughout the entire development lifecycle including scoping, planning, conceptualizing, designing, testing, documenting, and shipping the product to the end customer keeping in mind issues around tech debt, scalability, performance and latency, and compatibility with technology and business goals. Key job responsibilities • Define and execute toward the long-term strategy for the quality and efficiency of our digital supply chain • Work closely with Business Intelligence to analyze business trends and make data-backed decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other product managers, engineering, partner management, and executives to influence and drive the long-term strategy • Create business requirements, develop solutions, and socialize them across functions and teams • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle This role can be located in Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Austin, TX; NYC, NY; Arlington, VA. About The Team Responsible for leading the Live Events Program and Operations with end-to-end planning and execution for live events within Prime Video. Basic Qualifications • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience managing technical products or online services • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
