The Hair Stylist Assistant will support senior stylists in preparing clients for services, maintaining the cleanliness of the salon, and organizing necessary tools and supplies. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, providing customer assistance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications • Basic knowledge of hair care, shampooing, blow-drying, and general hair-styling techniques • Ability to maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including sanitizing tools and stations • Customer service and communication skills, with a passion for providing an exceptional client experience • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive and helpful attitude • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings • A valid cosmetology license or enrollment in a cosmetology program is preferred but not required
