Job Title : Senior Frontend Developer Location : On-site Experience Required : 11+ Years Employment Type : Long Term Contract #W2 About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with 11+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of modern frontend technologies, architecture patterns, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, designers, and DevOps engineers to build high-quality, responsive, and user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend applications. • Lead frontend architecture discussions and technical decision-making. • Build responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality code. • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. • Implement best practices for testing, security, and maintainability. • Drive continuous improvement in frontend engineering standards. • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong expertise in: • HTML5 • CSS3 / SCSS / Tailwind CSS • JavaScript (ES6+) • TypeScript • Extensive experience with: • React.js / Next.js • Angular or Vue.js • Experience with state management libraries: • Redux / Zustand / Context API • Strong understanding of: • Micro Frontend Architecture • Component-driven development • Responsive & Adaptive Design • Web Accessibility (WCAG) • Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL. • Familiarity with: • Webpack / Vite / Babel • CI/CD pipelines • Git & Git workflows • Knowledge of unit testing and automation: • Jest • React Testing Library • Cypress / Playwright Additional Preferred Skills • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Understanding of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
