Associate Product Designer (W2 Contract) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - onsite required) Duration: Contract through December 2026 Employment Type: W2 Contract Pay Range: $30-$40/hour (based on experience) We are seeking an Associate Product Designerto support a global, enterprise-level digital products team. This role partners closely with User Experience leadership and collaborates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Research teams spanning multiple time zones. You will play a key role in delivering user-centered, accessible, and inclusive digital experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms Key Responsibilities Translate ideas into user-focused solutions by collaborating with product managers, developers, researchers, and CX partners Apply design thinking methodologies to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences Produce key design deliverables, including: High-fidelity prototypes Wireframes User flows and journey maps Information architecture and personas Advocate for the user by incorporating customer insights and usability feedback Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, brand, and usability standards Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and business impact Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in product design, UX design, or visual design Working knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies Experience with Figma or comparable design tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work end-to-end Strong collaboration and communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, proactive attitude and openness to feedback What We're Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong Design Rationale Ability to clearly explain why a design solution is recommended Understanding of business objectives, user problems, and success metrics Tenacity & Ownership High level of discipline and attention to detail Commitment to delivering meaningful, thoughtful work Curiosity & Growth Mindset Willingness to challenge assumptions and ask "why" Continuous desire to learn and improve Work Environment Hybrid schedule in Phoenix, AZ Collaboration across distributed teams in multiple time zones Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
