Aquent is seeking a User Experience Designer II to support the design of a foundational internal desktop application. This role offers the chance to help shape an evolving product that uses large data sets, AI support, and proactive notifications to improve employee productivity. This is a strong opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges and translating them into intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with cross functional partners to define problems, explore solutions, and create polished design deliverables that guide development. The product is still in an early stage, so this role offers meaningful ownership, room for big thinking, and the ability to influence how internal users interact with a critical enterprise tool. Note: This role sites onsite in Seattle, WA What You'll Do • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups that clearly communicate detailed interaction behavior • Partner with cross functional teams to define business and feature requirements using usability findings, research, analytics, and user centered design principles • Assess and improve new and existing features through usability testing and interpretation of performance data • Present design work to UX teams, product partners, and leadership for feedback and alignment • Help contribute to design best practices and user interface standards • Collaborate with technical teams in a fast paced environment to move ideas from concept to execution What You'll Bring (Must Haves): • 3 to 6 years of experience providing interaction design solutions for web based and or software applications • Strong experience creating mockups, flows, wireframes, and information architecture • Knowledge of usability principles and user centered design methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross functional and technical teams • A strong online portfolio that demonstrates relevant, user centered design work • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
