Strategic Sourcing Manager

We're Hiring | Manager, Strategic Sourcing – MedTech Irvine, California | Onsite Foxconn MedTech is expanding its global healthcare manufacturing platform and we are looking for a strategic sourcing leader to help shape the future of medical device manufacturing. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support new business opportunities, competitive RFQ responses, supplier development, and long-term supply chain resilience across our global MedTech operations. Working closely with teams in the United States, Mexico, Taiwan, and China, this individual will play a key role in connecting world-class manufacturing capabilities with innovative healthcare solutions for leading medical device companies. What You'll Do • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for medical-grade materials and components. • Develop and manage supplier relationships across North America and Asia. • Support RFQ and business development activities through competitive cost modeling and supplier engagement. • Build and qualify suppliers aligned with ISO 13485 and medical device requirements. • Drive cost optimization, supply continuity, and sourcing excellence across global programs. What We're Looking For • Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management. • Medical Device, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred. • Strong supplier negotiation and cost analysis capabilities. • Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
