International Advertising Coordinator (m/f/d)

As part of an international publishing team, you will coordinate advertising operations across premium print and digital publications. You will ensure the smooth planning, booking and delivery of advertising placements while acting as the central interface between international sales representatives, editorial, production, marketing and finance.

The ideal candidate is a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive team player who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment. Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.

You will be responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns across both print and digital channels, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining close day-to-day communication with an international sales network as well as internal project teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage international advertising bookings across premium print and digital publications
• Maintain and update magazine flatplans, advertising schedules and placement overviews
• Act as the central point of contact for international sales representatives, agencies & internal stakeholders
• Coordinate advertising material deliveries and ensure compliance with production deadlines
• Prepare order confirmations, voucher copies and related documentation
• Manage and monitor the invoicing process in close collaboration with the finance team
• Work closely with editorial, design & production management to ensure smooth publication workflows

Qualifikation

• First professional experience in media, publishing, advertising coordination or project management
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Confident communicator with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in international teams and across different departments and cultures
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM or publishing management systems (e.g. Verlagsmanager) is an advantage
