Financial Representative – Open to Recent Grads or related experience! Location: SLC area Pay Rate: $21–$22/hour Contract: 6-12 months contract, possible to convert Are you a recent graduate eager to break into the Banking and Financial Services industry? Our client, a leading Investment Management firm in the SLC area, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Financial Account Representatives. Responsibilities: • Provide client-facing support, addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail • Support day-to-day account operations, including account transactions and reconciliations • Assist with processing, validating, and maintaining financial data across internal systems • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance • Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements within the operations team Qualifications: • Recent Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Customer Support OR Call Center experience is mandatory • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly Why Apply? • Get your foot in the door with a top Investment Management firm • Build valuable experience in financial products and client service • Opportunity to grow into a long-term, full-time role
