DevOps Engineer - Secret or Top Secret Cleared

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple Secret and Top Secret cleared DevOps Engineers to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoW Program. Candidates will work a hybrid remote schedule; 3 - 4 days remote; 1 - 2 days onsite in Gaithersburg MD or Alexandria VA. This is NOT 100% remote; candidates must be willing to go onsite 1 - 2 days a week. The selected DevOps Engineers, will collaborate with mission partners and cross-functional teams to design, implement, optimize, and secure a scalable DevSecOps solutions supporting enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms across multiple organizations in the Department of War. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code, ensuring compliance with federal security standards, and integrating automated security, monitoring, and deployment processes across all environments. You will also drive system reliability, troubleshoot performance issues, and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement while supporting Agile delivery. Minimum job requirements include: Active Secret or Top Secret (TS) clearance - THIS IS REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 8+years of DevOps Experience in an enterprise level environment Experience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines in secure DoD or Federal environments. Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of IaC and configuration as code (CaC) tools and practices. Experience managing containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance. Experience integrating automated security scanning, compliance validation, and continuous monitoring into DevSecOps pipelines. Strong understanding of configuration management operations and tools. Experience with software testing tools and automated test pipelines. Experience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks supporting enterprise systems. Preferred Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance. SAFe Agilist (SA) or related SAFe certification. Experience supporting DevSecOps across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments. Experience implementing Zero Trust and automated compliance enforcement in cloud-native environments. Experience supporting enterprise-scale data, AI/ML, or analytics platform deployments. Experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI capabilities. Familiarity with the platform and its associated tools and services. Experience with managing software repositories and delivering software artifacts. Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this role so exact pay will vary based on candidates clearance level, depth of knowledge and experience, and overall job functions, but we expect to pay 165K - 220K for these roles along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits
