Role Description This is a full-time & on-site role for a Junior Designer. Our office is located in Farmington Hills, Mi. The Junior Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for marketing materials, including packaging, and digital assets for all of our brands. They will collaborate with the Creative Director, other designers, and the Marketing Team to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and quality standards in all design projects. Qualifications Skilled in fundamental Graphic Design. Type, Composition, Color, etc. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—at a minimum). Figma, Video and Motion comp skills are a bonus Up-to-Speed on current design tools and trends Experience in creating printed marketing and digital assets Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards The ability to ask questions and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Degree in Graphic Design or related field—or comparable freelance experience A genuine Love for art & design
