Description
For our client, we are seeking a Sr Software Engineer (ios) - Digital Products to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and release iOS applications
Drive technical architecture and implementation of mobile solutions from the ground up
Share knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and documentation
Implement programming best practices and deployment processes for mobile platforms
Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and advocate for new tools
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering shipping customer-facing applications on iOS
Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
Solid understanding of mobile platform architecture, UI/UX design principles, GraphQL, and mobile performance optimization techniques
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and mobile release processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
