Description
For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager Customer Growth to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $143,000 – $286,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven growth and personalization initiatives in customer engagement
Establish strategy and roadmap for improving engagement and retention
Execute experimentation frameworks to optimize customer experiences
Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop products
Analyze behavioral signals to drive actionable insights
Influence and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
Connect user insights to scalable platform capabilities
Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management experience in tech/data-heavy environments
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Data Science
Proven ownership of products with measurable business impact
Background in AI/ML products, personalization systems, or growth platforms
Familiarity with customer engagement and CRM ecosystems
Fluency in technical concepts related to data platforms and APIs
