Sales Manager (Player-Coach) — Real Estate Acquisitions Remote | $48K Base + Personal Commission + Team Override OTE at Full Ramp: ~$155K+ About The Role 1800 ICB is growing quickly and looking for a Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to help scale our acquisitions team. We buy single-family homes across multiple states, and the foundation is already built — marketing is generating leads, systems are in place, and deals are closing consistently. We’re looking for someone who can step into the machine, drive personal production, and build a high-performing acquisitions team on top of it. This is not a “sit on the sidelines and manage” role. You’ll carry your own pipeline while recruiting, training, and managing acquisitions reps. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments, love accountability, and know how to develop closers while still closing deals yourself, this could be a strong fit. What You’ll DoPersonal Production • Manage your own acquisitions pipeline • Close 1–2 deals per month • Run comps and price deals • Assist with reductions, negotiations, and deal movement Team Leadership & Recruiting • Recruit and hire acquisitions reps • Onboard and train new team members • Coach reps through live calls and pipeline management • Run daily huddles and weekly 1-on-1s • Review calls, lead activity, and CRM usage Sales Management • Monitor pipeline health and lead flow • Ensure reps are following sales process standards • Audit lead assignment and accountability • Create training resources and sales coaching materials • Help drive team performance and competition Requirements What We’re Looking For • Experience managing and coaching sales teams • Strong sales background with ability to personally close deals • Real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-volume phone sales experience preferred • Comfortable working inside CRMs and managing pipelines • Strong accountability and leadership mindset • Ability to train and develop newer reps into producers • Competitive, hands-on, and performance-driven personality Ideal Fit This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who • Has built or led a sales team before • Still enjoys being in the trenches and closing deals • Understands real estate acquisitions or wholesaling • Loves coaching performance and driving results • Operates with urgency, ownership, and accountability Benefits Location Fully remote + occasional travel for training/team meetings Base Salary • $48,000/year Personal Commission • 14% commission on self-generated production Team Override • 3% override on production from the reps you hire and manage Estimated Earnings at Full Ramp • ~$155K+ annually between base, personal production, and team override If you're interested in this position, please apply and complete the following job fit assessment: https://TeamArchitects.asmt.io/XFFKCG649/SalesManagerJob-Assessment
