Job Description
Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Full Stack Engineer - Senior to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by designing and developing comprehensive application solutions that integrate front-end and back-end components. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that enterprise systems meet stringent DoD cybersecurity requirements and adhere to secure development lifecycle standards. This position is pivotal in advancing the mission by implementing robust APIs, secure authentication mechanisms, and seamless database integrations, thereby enhancing the overall functionality and security of the enterprise IT environment.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement front-end user interfaces and back-end services for enterprise applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs and database solutions to support seamless data flow and application functionality.
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms and role-based access controls in compliance with enterprise security policies.
• Apply secure coding practices to ensure applications meet DoD cybersecurity standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex software issues across distributed environments.
• Participate in Agile and DevSecOps processes, including version control and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure compliance with RMF controls and secure software development lifecycle standards.
• Lead efforts in automated testing and deployment readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
• Clearance: Secret Eligible required
• S. Citizenship required
• DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
• Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
• Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application development within DoD or Federal IT environments
• Demonstrated experience in full stack application design, development, and maintenance
• Proven ability to implement secure authentication and identity integrations
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, including automated testing and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements and secure coding practices
