For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager Clinical Optimization to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own product strategy and roadmap for clinical optimization capabilities
Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance provider capacity and operational performance
Drive product discovery and execution for scalable capabilities
Translate complex workflows into product requirements and success metrics
Manage a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to move from problem definition to product launch
Drive integrations across EMR/EHR and non-EMR platforms to enhance workflows
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, digital health, enterprise SaaS, or regulated environments
Proven experience in building or scaling products for complex workflows across platforms such as scheduling and operations
Background in healthcare, EMR/EHR platforms, and clinical operations
Fluency with API integrations and platform interoperability
Experience in leveraging AI and automation for operational efficiency
Strong product judgment with an ability to evaluate build-vs-partner opportunities
