As a Leasing and Marketing Manager, you will oversee and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and foster positive resident relationships. Key responsibilities include managing leasing activities, devising and executing marketing plans, organizing community events, maintaining online and on-site property listings, and analyzing market trends to inform business strategies. You will also lead a team of leasing professionals by setting performance goals and providing ongoing training and support to achieve operational success. Qualifications Expertise in Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Social Media strategies Experience in Leasing, Tenant Relations, and Customer Service Proficiency in Property Management Systems and CRM tools Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and measures of success Leadership and team management abilities to guide and develop leasing staff Organizational and time management skills to coordinate events and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Knowledge of the Athens, GA rental market and experience in multifamily property management is a plus
