Position Summary Next Generation Ministry Choir Director – Culpeper United Methodist Church, 1233 Oaklawn Dr, Culpeper, VA 22701. Responsibilities Lead and develop a vibrant choral choir for children and youth ranging from preschool through high school. Collaborate with the Director of Next Generation Ministry to plan and lead age‑appropriate choir rehearsals and performances for seasonal programming. Direct multiple age‑level groups, selecting appropriate music and ensuring rehearsals are fun, engaging and faith‑centered. Prepare students for performances, including Christmas, Palm Sunday, and after Vacation Bible School (VBS) events. Foster a faith‑centered environment for young participants and help them grow in their spiritual lives. Compensation & Schedule Pay range: begins at $20/hour.
