Job Title: Interim Medical Affairs Lead Location: Fort Worth, TX, USA (hybrid 3 Days at Office / 2 Remote) Employment Type: Temporary (4 Month Assignment to cover a leave) Pay Rate: 74.09 USD/hour About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interim Medical Affairs Lead to join our client's team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to implementing Medical Affairs plans, processes, and policies, leading scientific and promotional reviews, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: • Implement Medical Affairs plans, processes, and policies to support the appropriate use and communication of products across commercial and medical functions. • Lead and execute scientific and promotional review of commercial and medical materials, ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance. • Provide oversight and accountability for review committee processes, including material assessment, approval workflows, and documentation. • Ensure timely development, review, and dissemination of medical and promotional materials in alignment with project timelines. Requirements: • Advanced knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and relevant work experience. • 5–8 years relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Review, or related functions. • Terminal degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP/DrNP, or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in process design, optimization, and governance improvements.
