Description
For our client, we are seeking a Everpro - Senior Product Manager SaaS Agentic Experiences Joist (remote Can) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
Define and communicate a compelling product vision for agent-assisted FSM workflows
Own the roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
Prioritize work based on customer and business impact
Conduct customer discovery, interviews, and usability testing
Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch
Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy user experiences
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience running and shipping experiments in live products
Understanding SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
