Description

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Global Sales Enablement is responsible for driving productivity and effectiveness across Stripe's go-to-market organization. Our team designs and runs programs that equip account teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel—covering Stripe's product suite, sales processes, and selling skills. We support user-facing go-to-market teams and their managers across the globe.

This role supports Stripe's product account executives—a specialist sales motion built around deep expertise across three product pillars—Revenue, Money Management, and Payments. Product account executives own end-to-end pipeline for specific product areas, working in close coordination with core account executives who anchor the customer relationship. Each team operates with a distinct product set, buyer profile, and sales motion, meaning their enablement needs vary significantly and demand a dedicated, expert partner.

What you’ll do

You'll act as a true strategic partner to product account executive leadership—proposing programs, staying deeply embedded with Product and Product Operations to anticipate what the field needs ahead of each launch, and building the systems that let enablement scale as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

Partner with product sales leadership to define and execute a strategic vision for enablement across Stripe's product sales organization

Scope, build, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs tailored to the unique requirements of each product sales role

Stay embedded with Product and Product Operations teams to understand Stripe's evolving product suite, anticipate upcoming releases, and ensure the field is ready before launch

Create and facilitate enablement content in partnership with subject matter experts, translating technical product knowledge and solution architectures into practical, scalable resources

Identify skill and knowledge gaps across product sales teams, then design programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity, expertise, and revenue

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align learning experiences with business goals and performance outcomes

Track enablement impact and use data to make informed decisions about where to invest next

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, with a focus on specialist or technical sales roles at a global technology or high-growth company

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for a sales audience

Proven track record of designing and delivering enablement programs that produce measurable improvements in sales performance

Strong project management and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior executives as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and build productive relationships across a large organization

Preferred qualifications

Experience operating in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones

Background in content creation, curation, or knowledge management platforms

Experience navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions in a fast-changing environment
