</div></div><p>We're assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team's mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts. We are looking for our next team member who can help us to innovate and scale across our major programs.</p>
<p>In this role, you will be responsible for scaling ads product adoption across North American Mid-Market advertisers. You will partner with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on our most critical product solutions and activate high-priority business opportunities, building global ads product adoption programs for advertisers and agencies. Your close partners include Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and other PA team members.</p>
<p>You will drive the activation of the most relevant ad products to meet our customers' performance goals. You will need to enable and equip Sales with the right knowledge, training, collateral, market insights, and tools needed to drive customer success. You will work directly with advertisers to pitch, onboard, and activate across a variety of our product solutions. And you will need to advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that Reddit advertisers experience with Reddit's PMM and Product teams.</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li> <strong>Drive Growth: </strong>Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit's lower funnel ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and performance revenue.</li>
<li> <strong>Scaled Program Development: </strong>Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across Mid-Market (MM) advertisers and sales teams in North America.</li>
<li> <strong>Vertical Insights:</strong> Identify critical insights, themes across your managed verticals and synthesize them into actionable recommendations for Sales, PMM, and PM.</li>
<li> <strong>Client Engagement: </strong>Work with top opportunity advertisers to activate and grow strategic product opportunities.</li>
<li> <strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: </strong>Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Revenue Strategy & Analytics (RSA), and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.</li>
<li> <strong>Sales Enablement: </strong>Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products.</li>
<li> <strong>Feedback Loop: </strong>Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development.</li>
<li> <strong>Reporting and Measurement: </strong>Understand progress to goal and identify/execute steps to accelerate outcomes. Leverage automation tools to build reporting outputs and consistent reporting cadence to Sales leadership.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries</li>
<li><strong>Industry Experience: </strong>A strong background in product adoption, account management, Go-to-market strategy, and sales strategy within the digital advertising industry.</li>
<li><strong>Ads Experience: </strong>A strong understanding of lower funnel performance ad solutions, including Signals, automation, ads measurement, and optimizations. </li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong>Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success.</li>
<li>Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce.</li>
</ul>
