Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Esthetician based in Fayetteville, NC. The Esthetician will perform a range of services, including facials, skin care treatments, hair removal, and other therapeutic spa treatments tailored to individual client needs. Additional responsibilities include consulting with clients about their skin care goals, recommending products and services, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces, and ensuring exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Skin Care treatments and Hair Removal techniques with a concentration in Brazilian waxing. Licensed in Cosmetology or Esthetics in the state of North Carolina. Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build client relationships and recommend services or products effectively. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and provide a high standard of professionalism. Previous experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus.
