Team members are trusted with full ownership over our innovative features and drive them from design to launch.</p> <p>We are looking for a full stack engineer with mobile experience, who is passionate about creating unparalleled user-facing products as we scale our 5 star standalone Credit Card &amp; Banking application to the next level.</p> <p>Join us - you will have exceptional peers, autonomy and ownership over product features in a dynamic and sophisticated environment, and an opportunity to deliver immediate impact to millions of potential customers.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Build and launch major new features that power Robinhood’s flagship credit card and Banking product.</li> <li>Ship new code to production on Day 1</li> <li>Collaborate with a team of exceptional full stack engineers who challenge and inspire you to reach beyond your potential.</li> <li>Absorb your next two years' worth of experience in your first 6 months as you hit the ground running with impactful products and a top team</li> <li>Design systems that will support millions of users while enabling seamless integrations with world-class financial partners.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of professional development experience building customer facing applications</li> <li>Proficiency with React / React Native</li> <li>Experience with backend development.&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>We’re more interested in what you’ve built rather than what you used for it. Our stack includes Scala &amp; Typescript; but the right person can learn these on the job.</li> </ul> <li>Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Designers</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and passion for solving tough technical problems</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.</strong></p> <p>Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
