We need someone who defines where the work goes before production begins.
You sit between strategy and execution. You take business objectives and client ambition and turn them into creative direction that raises everything we make. You challenge assumptions, spot opportunities others miss, and help teams see what's possible before it exists.

You help define what great looks like and support making it reality.

Creative Direction
Translate strategy into visual worlds and creative territories that inspire teams and clients

Push ideas past the obvious before production starts

Set and raise quality standards across brands, campaigns, digital, and experiences

Shape identities and expressions people actually remember

Aufgaben

• Turn business objectives into creative opportunities
• Define creative territories, visual directions, and what projects should feel and achieve
• Partner with our Creative Director Production to bridge vision → execution
• Inspire and guide creatives and project teams toward stronger solutions
• Elevate work quality before it reaches clients
• Support key client conversations and strategic initiatives
• Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows
• Help shape the creative standards and reputation of the agency

Qualifikation

• 6+ years in branding, design, creative direction, or agency leadership
• Portfolio that proves you lead direction, not just execution (but as important)
• Ability to connect business strategy with creative thinking
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of branding, visual systems, and digital experiences
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe and AI-powered workflows
• Fluent in German and English
• Curiosity for culture, tech, and what's next
