Product Designer – AI Platform Redesign

Join a dynamic team as a Product Designer, where you will take ownership of redesigning a cutting-edge platform and developing new AI-powered products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences from initial concept through to implementation, leading the design for an innovative AI-driven tool currently in development. This position requires close collaboration with leadership, product, and engineering teams, including offshore partners, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful product experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating vision into intuitive interfaces and driving design innovation as the platform scales. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end design for a new AI-driven product, from ideation to launch • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product managers, and engineers, to define and execute design strategies • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design concepts effectively • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions • Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across the platform • Translate complex requirements and data-driven insights into simple, engaging user interfaces • Work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product and AI design Skills And Requirements • Proven experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven environments • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in platform redesign and end-to-end product design • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to evolving priorities • Experience working with offshore or distributed teams is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
