Role and Responsibilities of Creative Manager:
As an Art Director at Walmart, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Fashion, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Support the execution of PDP (Product Detail Page) photography and site assets for all Walmart private brands and exclusive collaborations.
• Set a high standard for modern, aspirational fashion photography with a focus on product.
• Maintain elevated graphic design consistency across all creative assets and materials.
• Contribute knowledge of post-production in the PDP space, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Ensure brand cohesion across creative assets throughout the customer journey.
• Build relationships with peer teams such as marketing, the fashion office, and editorial to support business growth and continuity.
Required Skills and Experience of Creative Manager:
• Proven experience as an art director or in a similar role in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and/or graphic design work.
• Exceptional collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, and Slack.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative role, or a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits of Creative Manager:
• Annual salary range: $96,000.00-$186,000.00, based on experience.
