We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple e-commerce and paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys owning both strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with company leadership to optimize marketing performance, improve return on ad spend (ROAS), and drive measurable e-commerce revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, performance-focused, and comfortable managing campaigns directly across several digital platforms. What You’ll Be Doing • Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies across: • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube) • TikTok • Pinterest • Snapchat Ads • Email & SMS Marketing • Shopify and marketplace platforms • Own day-to-day campaign execution, including: • Campaign launches and optimization • Audience targeting and segmentation • Budget allocation and pacing • A/B testing and performance analysis • Monitor and analyze KPIs including: • ROAS • CAC • Conversion rates • Revenue growth • Marketing efficiency • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Partner closely with leadership on strategy, testing, and performance improvements. • Manage and grow social media presence with a strong understanding of performance-driven content. • Oversee digital marketing asset creation including: • Product content • Photography coordination • Video production/editing support • Ad creative organization and optimization • Maintain consistent reporting cadence with actionable insights and recommendations. • Improve tracking, attribution, and marketing data organization across platforms and tools. What Success Looks Like • Improved ROAS across paid media channels • Increased e-commerce revenue growth • More efficient use of marketing spend through optimization and testing • Stronger performance across DTC and marketplace channels • Structured reporting and data-driven decision-making What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing and e-commerce experience • Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads • Experience with Shopify and direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results • Understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance reporting • Comfortable working in both strategic and execution-focused capacities • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward Preferred Qualifications • Experience with TikTok Ads and marketplace advertising • Familiarity with email/SMS marketing platforms • Experience supporting product launches and promotional campaigns • Background in startup, founder-led, or fast-growth environments • Knowledge of creative testing and performance-driven content strategy Why This Role?
