Product Design Engineering and Global Operations (PDEGO) Team is looking for an Engineering Manager for our Data Operations team to lead and scale our data product space.</p> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg balancing executing new features while maintaining our existing system health.</li> <li>Manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver internal platforms.</li> <li>Hold regular 1:1s, mentor engineers, and work with contractors.</li> <li>Work with Directors to drive engineering vision.</li> <li>Work with product to develop solutions that align with business cases and strategy.</li> <li>Constantly improve our platforms.</li> <li>Experiment with new technologies and integrate them into our stack when appropriate.</li> </ul> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Has experience working in an agile team</li> <li>Experience writing unit and integration tests</li> <li>Experience reviewing code changes</li> <li>Strong organizational and analytical skills paired with the ability to drive complex projects</li> <li>Interested in music and in learning the intricacies of the music business</li> <li>Able to influence cross-functional teams and create a consensus between engineering teams</li> <li>Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with React/frontend JS is a plus</li> <li>2+ years in an engineering management role</li> <li>5+ years of experience building and maintaining complex software products</li> <li>5+ years in a scripting language such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc.</li>
