We're a data-driven, cross-functional team focused on making Merchant Care run smarter — through process improvement, performance tracking, and operational planning. This role is a real opportunity to get hands-on experience across a broad operational landscape early in your career, working alongside experienced colleagues who'll support your growth from day one.</p> <hr> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Monitor and maintain Merchant Care performance dashboards, turning data into clear operational insights</li> <li>Support and manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end, collaborating with teams across Revenue Operations, Data, and CRM Operations</li> <li>Identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement across operational workflows</li> <li>Prepare structured reporting and analysis to support decision-making by Merchant Care leadership</li> <li>Work closely with external business process partners to ensure alignment on operational goals</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>You'll be great for this role if…</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, reporting, and data manipulation</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and translate them into practical recommendations</li> <li>Comfort managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate</li> <li>Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain operational concepts to non-technical colleagues</li> <li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Why you should join SumUp</h2> <ul> <li>🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Berlin office.
